Quality Policy
Innovating for customer needs, we create and deliver
top-quality technology to the world.
To achieve this policy, we will promote the following activities:
- Regularly review the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and IATF16949 requirements, and continuously improve its effectiveness.
- Promote activities through the Quality Management System to ensure that the products and services provided meet customer requirements as well as social requirements, thereby achieving customer satisfaction.
- To achieve the Quality Policy, we will set and work toward the following quality objectives:
- Improvement of product quality
- Improvement of on-time delivery rate for customer orders
- Enhancement of productivity
- Reduction of production costs
- Improvement of customer satisfaction
- Define quality objectives in the annual management plan, and review them as necessary.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure the adequacy, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
- To promote our Quality Management System, we will provide all employees with the necessary training to ensure our quality policy is fully understood and integrated into our work.

To continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction, we have obtained ISO9001, the international standard for quality management, and have built a consistent quality assurance system across all our factories.
