Sprocket
Forged sprocket has higher resistance against oil sludge, compared to conventional sintered design, and enables downsizing and higher strength at the same time.
Shaft
By the intergation of several parts into one piece, O-oka enable to create shape such as internal teeth bottom face, asymmetric tooth thickness and omitted teeth, which are difficult for conventional machining. O-oka puts all technology into one piece.
Others
O-oka's forming technology can be applied to some other application such as transfer case unit, and realized a new multi-gear part which did not exist in the past. O-oka supplies a product with finished condition according to customer's request.
